A high-volume recruitment client processes 1,000-2,000 CVs every month, and every hire has to clear a government-mandated certificate check before moving forward. Done by hand, that check alone took roughly 20 minutes per candidate - before IQ and personality testing even started, stretching total screening to 2-3 weeks.
Our Approach
We built an agentic AI that takes over the pipeline the moment a candidate applies: it reads the submitted data, runs the government certificate check, pulls in IQ and personality test results, and produces a single structured score the hiring team can act on immediately.
